Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Premium access until then.

We do not have the ability to issue refunds from our side, but Apple's process is straightforward.
Open Thābit → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your Firebase account, all associated data, and wipe your on-device journal entries. This action cannot be undone.

Sakinah may occasionally be unavailable due to high demand or maintenance. The app will show a gentle error message when this happens. Please try again in a few minutes. If the issue persists for more than a few hours, email us.
First, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If that does not help, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, email us with the email address associated with your account and an approximate timestamp of your purchase.
No. Thābit is a spiritual and emotional companion — it is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional mental health care, and not a crisis intervention service. Very little. Your journal entries are stored on your device, not on our servers. We collect your email address for authentication. Sakinah conversations pass through our server to reach the AI, but we do not store conversation logs. See our full privacy policy at /privacy.
